Support element confidence on CreateElementTranscriptions

Using CreateElementTranscriptions, we can save confidence on transcriptions.

However, there is no way to save a confidence on created elements. This is needed for instance in https://gitlab.com/teklia/workers/microsoft-ocr/-/issues/7.
