Loading a model removes previously added worker configuration

  1. Add a worker version that needs a model to your process
  2. Add a worker configuration
  3. Load a model version
  4. Cry as your worker configuration is no longer there

I noticed while playing with models but the same bug occurs when partial updating the parents field (any field other than configuration_id in PartialUpdateWorkerRun)
