Remove support for IIIF Git repositories

  • Remove RepositoryType.IIIF, but keep the enum for now
  • Add a data migration to erase all repositories that were using the IIIF repository type
  • Update GitProvider.start_imports to remove support for IIIF Git imports
  • Drop the automatic corpus creation from CreateExternalRepository
