Expose model_version in worker activity stats endpoints

We want to expose the WorkerActivity.model_version in both ProcessWorkersActivity & CorpusWorkersActivity endpoints.

The statistics on these endpoints should be updated to take into account this new field.

As for other fields, no details about the model are exposed here (only the ID).
