Split the OpenAPI repos tag

The repos OpenAPI tag contains nothing related to repositories. Please update the endpoints using these tags to categorize them per model: workers, worker configurations, worker versions and worker types.

Note that tags can contain spaces, be capitalized, and that description and externalDocs can be used to describe them and link to the rest of our documentation. See the tag object spec.
