Remove Transcription worker version ID attributes from the API

Please remove the following fields from the API:

• CreateTranscription
  • worker_version ForbiddenField in request body
  • worker_version_id in the response
• ListTranscriptions
  • worker_version_id in the response
• PartialUpdateTranscription
  • worker_version_id in the response
• RetrieveTranscription
  • worker_version_id in the response
• UpdateTranscription
  • worker_version_id in the response
