Drop Doorbell integration

  • Remove doorbell from the YAML configuration parser
  • Remove the FRONTEND_DOORBELL setting and the doorbell feature flag from the Django settings
  • Remove frontend_doorbell from the template context of the CdnHome view
  • Remove the <meta> tags from the template
