Remove WorkerVersionState.Processing

Follow-up of https://redmine.teklia.com/issues/8856

Working on [Partial]UpdateWorkerVersion made me notice that we still have a Processing state on WorkerVersions. That state was only used to report that a worker version is being built by a Git import task, which we removed a while ago.
