Retrieve children transcriptions in AnnotationListSerializer

The IIIF annotations endpoint retrieve the element transcriptions only, which is not compatible with the transcriptions generated on sub-elements.
Universal Viewer will not be able to retrieve annotations anymore.

A solution could be to filter children elements on the same image by type and serialize their transcriptions.
