Restrict corpus edition to corpus admins

Currently, editing a corpus (renaming it, changing its description or making it public) is restricted only to users with write access on a corpus. Having this restricted to users with admin access sounds like it would make more sense.

This once again raises the need for a document listing all endpoints (or actions that a user can make) and which users should be able to use them.
