Broken docker build post django 3.1

The base image has been built & published: https://gitlab.com/arkindex/backend/-/jobs/683583380

But the backend image does not build anymore due to an lxml build: https://gitlab.com/arkindex/backend/-/jobs/683590393

Maybe a dependency conflict with common ?
