Results seems very close on both constraints (Saving 14600 zones)

Sequentially

• Memsize constraint CPU times: user 1min 3s, sys: 2.55 s, total: 1min 5s Wall time: 1min 36s
• NumPoints constraint CPU times: user 1min 1s, sys: 2.39 s, total: 1min 4s Wall time: 1min 32s

Bulk

• Memsize constraint CPU times: user 1.26 s, sys: 87.9 ms, total: 1.35 s Wall time: 3.75 s
• NumPoints constraint CPU times: user 1.25 s, sys: 123 ms, total: 1.38 s Wall time: 3.78 s
