Do not duplicate children on ListElementChildren with multiple paths
The elements seem deduplicated here https://arkindex.teklia.com/element/001f1a10-1483-4c22-8e0d-c6a0f06d58f2
Is this because there are X times the same path ? Or the API endpoint misses a distinct ?
