Remove best_class filter from DataImport

It is possible to create Workers DataImports via CreateElementsWorkflow with a best_class filter. This is undocumented, not available in the frontend and not used in any known code. Some quick trips to psql also show that among the preprod, demo and prod instances, not a single DataImport has a best_class filter.
