Document METS import

Followup of https://gitlab.com/teklia/arkindex/cli/-/merge_requests/171

Important bits:

  • only import structure
  • only support ALTO files
  • only support remote images already uploaded on a ceph bucket, maintaining file hierarchy
  • no metadata is imported from the METS multiple metadata sources
  • only creates 2 metadatas "METS ID" & "Alto ID"
