Use arkindex-export in entities export

We want to convert the SQL queries made in entities export to arkindex-export.

1. Add arkindex-export as project requirement
2. Convert transcription_entities to an ORM query directly set in the export code (no dedicated module)

Do not remove transcription_entities method yet.
