Drop the process commands

teklia/arkindex/backend!2008 has removed the RetrieveWorkflow endpoint, used by both arkindex process report and arkindex process recover to list all tasks. We should use the new tasks list returned within RetrieveProcess starting with Arkindex 1.5.0, or drop both commands.
