ALTO upload: Store metadata on the AltoElement

We will upload more metadata than just the ALTO ID. We should store them as instance attribute.

Then, at publication time, we should use the bulk endpoint to publish them all at once.

Attributes that should be exported when present:

• ID as Alto ID
• Lang as Lang
