Uploading iiif images to Arkindex does not recreate folder hierarchy

When using the helper that uploads iiif images to arkindex, the helper does not take into consideration the folder hierarchy of the images. A —keep-hierarchy could be added that will re-create this hierarchy in the arkindex folder.
