Extend elements list to support classes

  • add a --with-classes boolean option (default to False) to arkindex_cli/commands/elements/list.py
  • when enabled, use with_classes API parameter
  • and add 3 more fields to the CSV:
    • class name
    • class ID
    • classiciation confidence score
