Document arkindex upload

A really important group of tools used to import data into an Arkindex instance:

  • iiif-images is super complex and will need detailed explanation of every CLI options and sample usages for common cases
  • minio is simpler: list all files in a given AWS/Minio/Ceph remote storage where we have access and generate IIIF url (assuming these files are exposed through a IIIF server)
  • pagexml has only one usage: import 1 pageXML file into arkindex, support a given parent
  • alto is similar to pagexml, but supports creating types
