Support ALTO upload for Gallica images

we need to be able to upload images from the Gallica IIIF server for this issue with the ALTO import

Details:

For every folder in a given journal's zip, we have an alto file for every page. In order to get the url of the image on the gallica IIIF server we need to get the Gallica Ark doc number for this given date through this excel sheet liste-arks.xls

so my solution to this problem was to create a new csv that matches every file with its gallica url in order to use it directly when creating the image on arkindex
