Update Rights documentation after Repository rights removal

following backend#1773 (closed), the documentation should be updated:

• ❌ no mention of repositories ❌ in the Rights documentation
• ❌ no more "Workers inherit of the roles owned on their repository" ❌ => actually document worker rights
  • executable != editable
  • public workers exist
