Update references to the Actions menu

frontend!1772 (merged) splits the Actions menu into multiple menus. We can expect further changes to be made in the next release as feedback comes in, and updating screenshots is quite time consuming, so the updates should be limited to:

• Updating text references to the Actions menu and their items, which we can do exhaustively because it is a lot faster than screenshots;
• Updating the screenshots that are focused solely on showing the menu items, and where keeping the old menu does not make sense, such as this one
