Document how to create a Transkribus export compatible with Arkindex

A client provided us a Transkribus export that is incompatible with Arkindex.

We need a small documentation on how to generate a valid export, with clear steps to reproduce (which Page XML mode & options to use, ideally with a screenshot of the export view on Transkribus)
