Update the classifications doc page

The page is outdated, and the images no longer accurately represent Arkindex.

The sections 'Element Details' and 'Class Management' require updating. Simply changing the images for 'Element Details' should suffice. As for 'Class Management,' there are outdated user flows and incorrect images. To manage the classes of a corpus now, users should navigate to 'Project Information' and select the 'Classes' tab.
