Allowed metadata list is not loaded in metadata creation form

When a contributor tries to create new metadatas on an element, the list of allowed metadatas is not loaded, preventing him to do anything (even when allowed metadatas are present on the corpus).

⚠ This is preventing a client to annotate on arkindex.
