Show "no projects yet / create one" notification when a user is not a member of any private projects

Currently if a user has not created any projects, and is not a member of other private projects either, the "My Projects" tab, which is displayed by default, is just a great void. Maybe we could add in a little notification like the one when a project is empty, prompting the user to create a project?
