Worker versions in created or error states can be selected when creating a training process

1. Open a project
2. Click on Actions → Train a model
3. Click in the Worker version field to open the worker version picker
4. Try to click on the ➕ button next to a worker version that is in a Created or Error state, even though the button is disabled
5. The worker version is selected as if nothing was wrong
