Group transcriptions by worker runs in the transcriptions modal

In the details panel, transcriptions are already grouped by worker runs then worker versions, and got a new sorting in !1279 (merged). The same grouping and sorting should be applied to the transcriptions modal, and WorkerRun summaries should be displayed using the WorkerRunSummary component.
