Use WorkerRuns to filter elements in the children tree

The ChildrenTree has a type filter and a worker version filter. With the migration to WorkerRuns, it should filter by WorkerRuns when they are available and fallback to WorkerVersions, just like how the TranscriptionEntity filter works in the details panel.
