Use the generic UUID component on the model version list in My models

Part of #1166 (closed): under the My models page found in the top-right user dropdown, if you select a model in the list, you can see a list of model versions. The UUID can be copied, but there are no hints that it can be copied unless you hover over it. The generic ItemId component should be used here to keep the display consistent and show that the ID can be copied.
