Inconsistent form fields state for non-admins on project information

1. Open the project information of any project where you only have a guest or contributor right.
2. Browse the various tabs.
3. All fields of the Details, Types and Entity types tabs are disabled.
   Only the create button of the Allowed metadata and Classes tabs is disabled.
   The creation form is not displayed at all in the Members tab.
   The Reindex button of the Search tab is disabled and a warning notification is displayed, redundant with the danger notification shown above.
4. Cry, producing tears more consistent than the frontend.
