Display datasets for a given element in details

The goal is to create a new panel in the details of an element, listing all the datasets where the currently selected element is in use.

As we do not have a dedicated page for a single dataset yet, we will only display a small table with 2 columns:

• Dataset name
• Dataset set where the element is in use

When no dataset is in use, just display "No datasets" in light grey.
