Clone a dataset

A corpus contributor should be able to clone any dataset, from the details page of a dataset (see #1295 (closed) ), by using a nice parimary button "Clone" in the top right corner of the page.

A confirmation modal should appear, upon confirmation, the user is redirected to the details page of the new dataset.
