The WorkerVersion details view does not support versions without revision

While testing !1579 (merged), I clicked on a worker version that did not have a revision in the process configuration page. This linked me to the view at /process/worker-version/<id>, and I got a TypeError:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: can't access property "commit_url", _ctx.version.revision is null
