Add links on read-only dataset process configuration view

1. Run a dataset process.
2. In the process status view, under Actions, click on Process configuration.
3. Click on View process datasets.
4. The dataset list includes the projects of each dataset, and their names and sets, but does not provide links to each project or dataset.
5. Struggle to find the datasets by yourself by filtering the projects list a lot.
6. Cry.
