Handle the empty response from CreateProcessFailures

As CreateProcessFailures is now async, the frontend cannot redirect to the newly created process anymore. All it can do is show a success notification when the API call is successful. This notification should mention that the process will be created soon, and that you will get an e-mail when it's ready.
