Element names are hard to copy

I watched @mblanco suffer with a common task of reporting on Redmine about starting a new process. She wanted to put some element names in a comment, and those names are long file names that are tedious to type.

To copy an element name, she used the ✏ icon in the breadcrumb to start renaming the element, which puts the name in a convenient <input> where it is easy to select the text and copy it.

The element name cannot be copied from the path breadcrumb because is-active items in a breadcrumb are marked as pointer-events: none; by Bulma. The element name is also annoying to copy from the details panel because the type name is also selected when double-clicking.
