Add non-truncated type names as titles on the ChildrenTree type filter

WorkerRun summaries are displayed when hovering over the <option> of the WorkerRun filter in the ChildrenTree. This is necessary as summaries can get very long and we truncate those in the <option> text. We also truncate type names in the type filter, but not include a title on those options.
