The Add dependencies modal can open unexpectedly when adding another worker version

Found while testing !1831 (merged)

1. Create a process
2. Add any worker version
3. In the Dependencies column, click on ➕, nothing happens
4. Add another worker version
5. The Add dependencies to this worker run modal opens immediately!
6. Cry in confusion
