The search page does not always list available corpora

1. Ensure you have at least one public and indexable corpus.
2. Log out.
3. Go to the search page.
4. Press F5.
5. No projects are listed in the <select>.
6. Cry.

In demo only, this sometimes occurs when logged in. In preprod, prod and on a local dev setup, this occurs only when logged out.

When opening the search page with a corpus ID already set in the URL, the corpora are properly loaded.
