The process elements pagination does not change pages when clicking Next

Found while working on #1093 (closed)

1. On a corpus or a folder with more than 20 top-level elements or direct children, create a process
2. In the process elements page, click on Next to view the next page of elements
3. A new page loads, but it's still page 1
4. Click Next again, nothing happens
5. Cry
