User configuration fields that are not defined in the JSON only have their title displayed

1. Add a worker version to a process that has user configuration fields with required: false
2. Create a new configuration
3. Erase an optional field from the JSON payload, then return to the form
4. The field's title is now shown, but the field component is gone
