The transcription edition textarea is limited to one line

1. Browse to any element
2. Under the Transcriptions panel, create a manual transcription
3. Either use the ✏️ button on the new transcription, or click Manage then click the ✏️ there
4. Try to use the resize handle on the textarea, which only allows one line.
5. You cannot increase its height, but it can decrease its width.
6. Cry.
