The Delete filtered elements action is inverted

The Delete filtered elements button appears as disabled when it should be enabled, and enabled when it should be disabled. For example, with a Class filter set, it appears to be enabled, but its title explains that an unsupported filter is in use, and clicking it does nothing. Without that filter, it appears to be disabled, but it can be clicked to open the deletion modal normally.
