No explicit error messages when picking a password that isn't strong enough, only ERROR 400

When changing passwords, if the password is not strong enough (not long enough, too common etc) all you get is Error: Request failed with status code 400. Inconvenient if I want to give access to Arkindex to some users for a demo.
