Deselecting all elements in a project keeps the project displayed in the selection page

1. Open any project
2. Select any element
3. Deselect this element
4. Open the selection page

The project is now displayed, along with the yellow notice telling you to create a folder or import images.

Clicking on Create process causes a HTTP 400, trying to add a classification will result in a HTTP 400, trying to delete results in HTTP 404, and validating all classifications will be successful!

This issue seems to come from a missing filter in the Selection component.
