Batch annotation
Depends #761 (closed).
The annotation panel needs a "batch annotation" section that allow users to :
- enable batch annotation through a toggle
- pick a type for newly created elements
- pick a classification for newly created elements (could be a followup)
When the batch annotation is enabled and a user creates a new element, there is no modal to select type & others, we use the data from the form
