Filter bar does not support validation through keyboard when there are NO filters

Looks like an edge case, here are the step to reproduce:

go on a navigation page without any filter (either empty corpus navigation or go on a subfolder)
add one filter (whatever filter) by using the keyboard only
you are not able to validate by pressing enter (you need to click first)

This is not the case when there are already some filters !
